By downloading or using Two Pounds ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Two Pounds is a calorie and protein tracking app that uses AI to estimate nutritional values from food descriptions. The App requires an active subscription to access its features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
If offered, the free trial period automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Nutritional estimates provided by the App are AI-generated approximations and should not be considered medical or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance.
You must sign in with Apple to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings within the App.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Martin Hnik and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on nutritional estimates.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
